Ruih Digital Intelligence (03680.HK) subscribes for allotted shares under Nazhen Technology Company's international offering

Zhito Finance APP News, Ruihe Digital Intelligence (03680.HK) announced that on September 14, 2026, the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, as a subscriber, submitted a subscription application to subscribe for the allotted shares under the international offering of Nazhen Technology Company, and the maximum subscription amount corresponding to the total offer price of all allotted shares shall not exceed HK$60 million.
