Zhitong Finance APP News, Xinjingang (300629.SZ) announced that, in order to further promote the company's business development, meet the capital needs of the company's business development, seize market opportunities, and enhance the company's core competitiveness and sustainable development capability, the company plans to issue RMB-denominated ordinary shares (A shares) listed in China to no more than 35 specific targets through a simplified procedure, with a total financing amount of no more than RMB 300 million and no more than 20% of the net assets at the end of the most recent year, with a par value of RMB 1.00 per share. The number of shares to be issued shall be determined by dividing the total amount of raised funds by the issue price, and shall not exceed 30% of the company's total share capital before the issuance. The issue price shall not be less than 80% of the average price of the company's shares over the 20 trading days preceding the pricing benchmark date.
