Zhito Finance APP has learned that Japanese memory chip manufacturer Kioxia Holdings is considering raising at least $10 billion through the issuance of American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) in the United States, joining a group of AI-related companies seeking to tap the world's deepest capital pool. People familiar with the matter said Kioxia has held talks with Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase and other banks about a possible offering within next year.
