On September 14, Tongcheng Travel released the "2026 Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day Travel Trend Forecast Report," showing that as of September 14, search popularity for keywords such as "Mid-Autumn Festival" and "National Day" on the platform increased by 278% month-on-month, with booking popularity for products including flights, hotels, car rentals, and vacations rising across the board. Among them, flight booking popularity for popular domestic cities increased by more than 40% year-on-year, and the share of hotel orders for long stays of more than 5 days rose by about 7 percentage points compared with the same period last year.
