Zhito Finance APP news, Green Energy Group (01870.HK) announced that on September 14, 2026, the Lechang Municipal Natural Resources Bureau issued a confirmation letter dated September 1, 2026 to the company's indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary Lechang Green Power Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. (the buyer), confirming that the buyer successfully bid for the land use right of the land located in Shaoguan City, Guangdong Province, China, through a public listing sale bidding process at a consideration of RMB 15.78 million. As a result of the successful bid, the buyer is required to submit an application for a land use right grant contract within five working days from the date of the confirmation letter. The buyer and the authorities expect to enter into the land use right grant contract within 30 days from the date of the confirmation letter.
