Aurora announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shenzhen Zhisuanli, plans to sell 22 servers to Haikou Jingdata for a transaction price of RMB 51.5 million. On September 14, 2026, the company's 37th meeting of the 10th Board of Directors approved the relevant proposal. The transaction does not need to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for review and does not constitute a related-party transaction or a major asset restructuring.
