The company's board of directors reviewed and approved proposals related to the election of a new term, nominating Li Weiping, Shi Huimin, Tian Tiansheng, and You Daoping as candidates for non-independent directors of the sixth board of directors, and nominating Yang Jian, Wu Wei, and Wang Hong as candidates for independent directors of the sixth board of directors, each with a term of three years.
