Under the continued policy dividends of the "Shanghai Eight Measures," Shanghai's property market transactions have grown steadily. Data from the online real estate platform shows that last weekend, Shanghai's second-hand home online signings surged, with a total of 2,481 units signed over the two days. Monitoring data from Anjuke Shanghai shows that on September 12, 1,319 second-hand homes were signed online, hitting a nearly 77-day high since June 27. Since the beginning of September, Shanghai's second-hand home online signings have totaled 10,407 units, up 27% year-on-year. Yan Yuejin, deputy director of the Shanghai E-House Real Estate Research Institute, pointed out that the "Golden September" performance of Shanghai's second-hand home market has been solid, with cumulative online signings exceeding 10,000 units in the first 13 days of September, including three days with single-day transactions exceeding 1,000 units, as rigid and upgrade demand continues to be released.
