The proposal received 13 votes in favor, 0 against, and 0 abstentions. As of now, Li Pengcheng holds 844 A-shares of the company. Apart from serving as a member of the Party Committee of the controlling shareholder Weichai Holding Group Co., Ltd., he has no related-party relationships with shareholders holding more than 5% of the company, the actual controller, or other directors, supervisors, and senior management, and meets the relevant qualifications for the position.
