Neptunus YinTelong (08329.HK) subsidiary Neptunus Changjian and Huikang Biotech entered into a "Joint Venture Agreement" to establish a joint venture company.

Zhito Finance APP News, Neptunus Yingtelong (08329.HK) announced that on September 14, 2026 (after trading hours), the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary Neptunus Changjian and Huikang Biotech (a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of Jinbaihui) entered into a Joint Venture Agreement regarding the establishment of a joint venture company. Pursuant to the Joint Venture Agreement, the proposed registered capital of the joint venture company is RMB 5 million, of which Neptunus Changjian has subscribed to contribute RMB 3.5 million (accounting for 70% equity interest in the joint venture company), and Huikang Biotech has subscribed to contribute RMB 1.5 million (accounting for 30% equity interest in the joint venture company). Each party shall pay its contribution as agreed within one year from the date of completion of the industrial and commercial registration of the joint venture company.
