Sino-Ocean Group (03377.HK) announced that, together with its joint ventures and associates, its contracted sales for August 2026 amounted to approximately RMB750 million, a year-on-year decrease of 55.88%; the contracted sales floor area was approximately 58,700 square meters; and the average contracted selling price was approximately RMB12,800 per square meter. For the period from January 1 to August 31, 2026, the group's cumulative contracted sales together with its joint ventures and associates amounted to approximately RMB9.74 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 40.75%; the cumulative contracted sales floor area was approximately 796,200 square meters; and the cumulative average contracted selling price was approximately RMB12,200 per square meter.
