A newly released corporate registration document reportedly shows that U.S. electric vehicle manufacturer Tesla has established a subsidiary in Vietnam, marking the company's official entry into one of Southeast Asia's fastest-growing electric vehicle markets. The document shows that the new company, named "Tesla Motors Vietnam Limited Liability Company," has completed registration in Ho Chi Minh City with registered capital of 77.667 billion Vietnamese dong (US$3 million).
