On September 14, according to reports, a newly released corporate registration document shows that U.S. electric vehicle manufacturer Tesla has established a subsidiary in Vietnam, marking the company's official entry into one of Southeast Asia's fastest-growing electric vehicle markets. The document shows that the new company is named "Tesla Motors Vietnam Co., Ltd." and has completed registration in Ho Chi Minh City with registered capital of 77.667 billion Vietnamese dong.
