Danish economist predicts: US economy and stock market to "double crash" in 2027, Nasdaq to fall back to the "10,000-point mark"
Danish economist Henrik Zeberg recently issued a warning that the U.S. economy and stock market will experience roller-coaster-like volatility in the future. In his view, the stock market will see a massive "blow-off top" before the end of the year, with share prices plunging from highs and the economy falling into recession. In a recent interview, he said that if things develop the way his model predicts, the Nasdaq 100 index could soar to 39,000 points by the end of 2026, a gain of about 33%, before plunging to around 10,600 points, the low seen in 2022.
