Schroders considers expanding its wealth management business through acquisitions

Schroders Wealth Management CEO Oliver Gregson said in an interview with the UK's Financial Times that Schroders has agreed to make significant investments in its wealth management division over the next five years and will consider acquisitions to support the business. Gregson said the company plans to refocus on the ultra-high-net-worth client segment. The company will continue to invest in the UK's Cazenove Capital and Schroders' international wealth management business.
