Goldman Sachs: SenseTime-W (00020.HK) mid-term earnings surprise expectations, target price raised to HK$2.05.

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Goldman Sachs has released a research report stating that SenseTime-W (00020.HK) has issued a profit forecast indicating that the mid-term net profit will be between 500 million and 700 million RMB, achieving a turnaround to profitability. The target price has been raised from HKD 2 to HKD 2.05. The management attributes the performance improvement to enhanced cost management and productivity, leading to improved operational efficiency, as well as non-operating income exceeding expectations.
