Fuan Co., Ltd. announced that Zhongke Industrial Co., Ltd. reduced its holdings in the company by a total of 2,774,100 shares through centralized bidding transactions from June 30, 2026, to August 18, 2026, accounting for 0.87% of the company's total share capital. Before this change in equity, Zhongke Industrial and its concerted parties, Fuan Holdings and Wu Di, held a total of 162,957,300 shares in the company, representing 50.87% of the total share capital. After the reduction, they collectively held 160,183,200 shares, which accounted for 50.00% of the total share capital. Zhongke Industrial plans to continue reducing its holdings in the next 12 months and will fulfill information disclosure obligations as required.
