Geely Automobile announced a management restructuring to strengthen "One Geely" through a modern corporate governance system.

Geely Automobile Holdings Limited announced adjustments to its management team in order to enhance the professional management authorization mechanism and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the company, in accordance with corporate governance requirements and leadership succession planning. Effective August 18, 2026, Mr. Li Shufu will resign from his positions as Chairman of the Board and Executive Director of Geely Automobile Holdings Limited and will be appointed as the companys Lifetime Honorary Chairman. Mr. Li Shufu will continue to serve as Chairman of Zhejiang Geely Holding Group. Mr. An Conghui has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Geely Automobile Holdings Limited, aiming to strengthen corporate synergy and enhance collaboration with the controlling shareholder, solidifying "One Geely." Mr. Li Donghui will resign from his position as Vice Chairman of the Board of Geely Automobile Holdings Limited but will continue to serve as an Executive Director of the company. Mr. Gui Shengyue will resign from his position as Chief Executive Officer of Geely Automobile Holdings Limited and will be appointed as Vice Chairman of the Board, while continuing to serve as an Executive Director to improve the communication and coordination efficiency between the Board and the management. Mr. Gan Jiayue has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Geely Automobile Holdings Limited, responsible for the company's daily operations and the implementation of the company's long-term strategic goals.
