According to a notice from Peoples Daily, on August 16, 2026, Li Chunmei resigned from her positions as Chief Financial Officer and others due to retirement. Her resignation will take effect upon delivery to the board of directors and will not affect the normal operation of the company. On August 17, the company held the sixth meeting of the sixth board of directors, where the proposal to appoint Nie Li as Chief Financial Officer was approved, with a term coinciding with that of the sixth board of directors. Nie Li does not hold any shares in the company and has no relationship with relevant parties, meeting the appointment requirements.
