According to reports from foreign media including the BBC on the 16th local time, U.S. Central Command chief General Brad Cooper visited the USS Lincoln, which is deployed in the Middle East, on the 15th and stated that the mental health of the crew is a "priority." Just last week, the USS Lincoln was involved in controversy, with multiple sources claiming that the morale of approximately 5,000 crew members aboard is low, compounded by shortages of supplies and poor living conditions, leading to multiple incidents of mental breakdowns and attempts to jump overboard. The USS Lincoln has been deployed in the Middle East due to a new round of U.S.-Iran tensions and has been at sea for more than eight months, with 250 consecutive days without docking.
