The China Red Cross Society has allocated additional disaster relief supplies to the flood-affected areas in Henan.

On August 16, in response to the further needs for disaster relief in Henan due to flooding, the Chinese Red Cross Society allocated an additional 5,500 relief items, including family packs and blanket towels, to support the disaster-stricken areas in ensuring the relocation and livelihood of the affected population. So far, the Chinese Red Cross Society has allocated a total of 9,000 disaster relief items to the flooded areas in Henan.
