Wang Huiyu, the former secretary of the Xinge County Committee in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, has been expelled from the Party and dismissed from his public office.
Upon investigation, Wang Huiyu has lost his ideals and beliefs, deviated from his original mission, resisted organizational scrutiny, fabricated evidence, colluded with others to give false testimonies, and concealed evidence. He disregarded the spirit of the Central Government's Eight Regulations, accepted gifts and money that could influence the impartial execution of his duties, and presented gifts exceeding normal social customs to civil servants, as well as used vehicles belonging to management and service objects. He violated organizational principles by failing to truthfully explain issues during organizational inquiries, used his position to assist others in gaining promotions while accepting valuables in return. He breached the bottom line of integrity by using his official capacity to seek benefits for others and accepting valuables. He did not fulfill his responsibilities correctly, unlawfully intervened in project bidding processes, and distorted public power into a tool for personal gain, profiting others in project contracting and fund allocation, while illegally accepting large sums of money.
