According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Jiangxi Bank (01916.HK) announced that it has successfully issued the Jiangxi Bank Co., Ltd. 2026 perpetual capital bonds in the national inter-bank bond market (the current bonds). The issuance scale of this bond is RMB 4 billion, with a coupon rate of 2.05% for the first 5 years, adjusted every 5 years, and the issuer has a conditional redemption right on each interest payment date from the 5th year onwards.
