Feilu Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling shareholder, JunTuo Qihang, will increase its shareholding in the company by 2,299,400 shares through centralized bidding from August 4 to August 14, 2026, accounting for 1.0017% of the total share capital, with a cumulative investment amount of 21.8764 million yuan. After this change in equity, its shareholding percentage will rise from 10% to 11.0017%. JunTuo Qihang had previously planned to increase its stake by 50 million to 100 million yuan within six months, and this increase has not yet been fully executed. This increase will not result in any change in the controlling shareholder or the actual controller.
