Since the beginning of this year, our country's loan interest rates have remained low, continuing the downward trend in July. In July, the weighted average interest rate for newly issued corporate loans was slightly below 3%, a decrease of about 0.2 percentage points compared to the same period last year; the weighted average interest rate for newly issued personal housing loans was approximately 3.1%, basically unchanged from the same period last year.
