According to the news from the China Automotive Technology and Research Center, the light commercial vehicle market in 2026 is expected to maintain overall stability amid structural adjustments, entering a new phase dominated by existing stock. Sales are projected to remain within a specific range, with growth driven mainly by the deepening of the new energy transformation and the expansion of overseas markets. Under the direction of high-quality development, the penetration of new energy continues to accelerate, overseas exports become a key pillar, and technological competition focuses on smart technology. In 2025, the sales of light commercial vehicles reached 2.903 million units, a year-on-year increase of 6.5%, and in 2026, annual sales are expected to see a slight increase of 2.0%, reaching around 2.960 million units.
