Lepu Medical announced that its shareholder, 725 Institute, holding more than 5% of the shares, intends to issue convertible corporate bonds focused on technological innovation that are not publicly offered to professional investors, using its partially held A-share stock as the underlying asset. As of the announcement date, 725 Institute holds 244,063,788 shares of the company, accounting for 13.24% of the total share capital. The scale of funds to be raised through this issuance is expected to not exceed 600 million yuan. This issuance matter has received a no-objection letter from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and the final issuance plan will be determined based on market conditions. The company will fulfill its information disclosure obligations in a timely manner.
