Zhitong Caijing APP news, Starry Sky Chinese (06698.HK) announced that after the shareholders approved the restructuring agreement and all transactions to be conducted thereunder at a special general meeting, all conditions precedent under the restructuring agreement have been met, and the restructuring agreement was completed on August 12, 2026. Therefore, Shanghai Starry Sky Waterfront is now an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group, and Shanghai BinQiao is no longer an associated company of the Group.
