Fourth-generation semiconductor material company Ganren Semiconductor has completed a hundreds of millions RMB Series A financing.

Recently, Hangzhou Garin Semiconductor Co., Ltd. announced the completion of hundreds of millions in Series A financing. This round was co-led by Fangguo Capital and Shenzhen Capital Group, with follow-on investments from Yuanzhi Xinghuo, China CRRC, Zhuzhou High-tech Industry Investment, Huarui Investment, Yuhang Jin, Chuanhua Capital, and Jiadao Capital, while existing shareholders JiuZhi Capital and Yiling Capital also made substantial additional investments. The funds will be primarily used to promote the industrialization of gallium oxide.
