Fuda Alloy announced that from July 15 to August 13, 2026, its controlling shareholder Wang Dawu reduced his holdings by 601,500 shares through centralized bidding, bringing his shareholding ratio down to 23.32%; from July 15 to July 20, the concerted party Chen Songyang collectively reduced his holdings by 69,634 shares, with his shareholding ratio dropping to 0.15%. After this equity change, the concerted action group's shareholding ratio decreased from 25.50% to 25.00%, touching the integer multiples of 1% and 5%. This reduction is in accordance with regulations and does not trigger a mandatory buyout; it has not yet been fully implemented.
