Zhitong Finance APP news, Zhisheng Group Holdings (08370.HK) announced that the Group has acquired the land use rights for approximately 50,000 square meters of land located in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, for the construction of its own data center. The group (through a company controlled by the company's executive director and major shareholder Mr. Lai Ningning) received a winning bid notification from a top social media platform company on August 7, 2026, related to the data center services it will provide on that land, which will have a total processing capacity of approximately 500 megawatts. Of this, about 180 megawatts are expected to be delivered in stages starting around May 2027, but this is still subject to the finalization of certain terms and conditions. This winning bid marks a significant client acquisition for the Group's data center business in China.
