Chinas perovskite mass production technology featured again in Nature.

Nanjing University Assistant Professor Xiao Ke and Professor Tan Hairen's research team, in collaboration with the Renshuo Solar Energy Industrialization team, have developed a new surface passivation strategy based on lead carboxylate materials. They successfully fabricated perovskite photovoltaic modules with a certified efficiency of 22.0% and passed the full sequence reliability tests according to IEC61215/IEC61730. The research findings titled "Lead carboxylates passivation for meter-scale perovskite solar modules" were published online on August 12, 2026, in the prestigious international academic journal Nature.
