Newly established Zhihe Software has founded Zhisuan Technology Company, which includes AI and integrated circuit businesses.

According to the Qichacha APP, Wuhan Xinzhi Zhikuan Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established, with its business scope including integrated circuit manufacturing; manufacturing of integrated circuit chips and products; development of artificial intelligence application software; development of artificial intelligence foundational software, among others. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Xinzhi Software.
