Jepter announced that on August 12, 2026, it received the notification (No. 171 [2026]) from the Shanghai Stock Exchange regarding the acceptance of the securities issuance application from Shenzhen Jepter Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. for listing on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board. The Shanghai Stock Exchange believes that the application documents are complete and in compliance with legal formats, and has decided to accept the application and conduct a review according to the law. The company's issuance of A-share stocks to specific targets still needs to undergo review by the Shanghai Stock Exchange and obtain a registration approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission before it can be implemented.
