Sanyou Technology: The overseas subsidiary plans to invest 39.2 million USD to establish a new copper cathode project.

Sanyou Technology announced that its overseas holding subsidiary, Silk Road Mining, plans to invest in the construction of a 4,000-ton annual cathode copper project in Kazakhstan, with an estimated total investment of 39.2 million USD. The company plans to invest no more than 20 million USD, and the project construction period is 20 months. This project has obtained the "Overseas Investment Certificate" from the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Commerce, the filing notice from the Zhejiang Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and the business registration certificate from the State Administration of Foreign Exchange.
