Beijing Junzheng: Plans to change its stock abbreviation to "Junzheng Co., Ltd."

On August 12, Beijing Junzheng announced that at the thirteenth meeting of the sixth board of directors held on August 7, 2026, the proposal for changing the companys stock abbreviation was approved. The stock abbreviation before the change was "Beijing Junzheng," and after the change, the stock abbreviation will be "Junzheng Co., Ltd.," while the stock code 300223 will remain unchanged. The new stock abbreviation will take effect on August 13, 2026. Beijing Junzheng stated that this change in stock abbreviation is aimed at better aligning with the company's overall development strategy, matching the global business layout, further strengthening the international brand image, and enhancing the company's market recognition.
