Nanjing E-commerce: Significant Litigation Involving Amount Change, First Instance Currently Under Review

Nanji E-commerce announced that the company has applied to the People's Court of Qingpu District, Shanghai, to amend its original litigation claims in the trademark licensing dispute with Shanghai Xinhe Zhao and Hezhao Brand Management Company, changing the amount from 81.6907 million yuan to 296 million yuan. In addition, the litigation amount involved in the lawsuit filed by Shanghai Xinhe Zhao against the company is 313 million yuan. Both cases are currently under first instance trial, and there is uncertainty regarding their impact on the company's profits.
