Zhitong Finance APP reported that Dongyangguang (600673.SH) announced that its holding subsidiary, Liyuan Dongyangguang Fluoride Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Dongyangguang Fluoride"), plans to increase its registered capital by 7.7778 million yuan, fully subscribed by China Orient Asset Management Co., Ltd. for 500 million yuan. The company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Liyuan Dongyangguang Electrochemical Plant, will waive their preemptive rights to this capital increase as existing shareholders. After the increase, the company's direct and indirect ownership of the target company's equity will decrease from 96.9827% to 94.9367%. The company will continue to be the controlling shareholder of the target company and will still maintain actual control over it.
