AI computing power has exploded, with 24 concept stocks expected to see a growth in net profit in the first half of the year.
The demand for artificial intelligence computing power has surged explosively, with several domestic and international giants planning to significantly increase the capacity of their data centers. According to statistics from Securities TimesData Treasure, there are over a hundred concept stocks in the A-shares market associated with the data center industry chain. Today, Chengdi Xiangjiang and Hanggang Co. Ltd. hit the upper limit, while Shenghong Co. saw a rise of 12.92%. Xu Guang Electronics, Tongniu Information, and others had notable increases. In terms of performance, 45 concept stocks have announced their semi-annual performance reports. Statistically, based on the sequence of half-year reports, performance fast reports, and lower limits of profit forecasts, four stocks turned losses into profits in the first half of the year, two stocks reduced their losses year-on-year, and 24 stocks reported a year-on-year increase in net profit attributable to the parent company, among which Litong Electronics and Fuhan Micro had increases of over 1000%. Some concept stocks with performance growth have drawn significant interest from institutions; statistics show that among the 24 stocks with net profit growth mentioned above, 7 have been subject to institutional research since July, with Xinyi Sheng, Tianfu Communication, and Tongfu Microelectronics receiving the most institutional inquiries, totaling 417, 40, and 36, respectively.
