(referred to as "Laimi Technology"), intends to invest 50 million Yuan as a limited partner to subscribe for partnership interests in the Gongqingcheng Hema Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as the "Fund"). The total amount of capital contribution for this Fund is 119 million Yuan. After this investment, Laimi Technology will hold 41.9815% of the partnership interests in the Fund.
