EPRINT Group (01884) announced that on August 11, 2026, Chuan Tai Yi (as the lender) entered into the loan agreement with the borrower (as the borrower) and the guarantor (as the guarantor), whereby Chuan Tai Yi agreed to provide a loan of HKD 5 million for a term of 12 months.
