Huayu Mining: General Manager Chen Xu has resigned at his own request.

Hua Yu Mining announced that the companys board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from General Manager Chen Xu, who, due to personal reasons, will no longer serve as General Manager. Following his resignation, he will also no longer hold any positions within the company or its subsidiaries. His term was originally set to end on April 23, 2028, and the resignation will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors. Chen Xu has completed the handover process, and his resignation will not affect the normal operation and management of the company. As of the announcement date, Chen Xu does not hold any shares in the company and has no outstanding commitments.
