According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Baowo Ke Battery Co., Ltd. was established, with a business scope that includes: battery component sales; battery manufacturing; sales of electronic special materials; R&D of automotive components, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is co-owned by Volkswagen Investment Co., Ltd. and others.
