According to trade sources, Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) is selling spot crude through a tender, marking the company's eighth tender since early June. The UAE state-owned oil enterprise is working on transporting crude oil within the Strait of Hormuz. ADNOC on Monday released oil from Upper Zakum, Umm Lulu, and Das, with loading periods in October and November. The deadline for bids is August 13, and bids will remain valid until August 14. All three types of crude are produced from Gulf oil fields and are exported via the Strait of Hormuz. Sources indicate that ADNOCs latest tender does not include Murban crude. Consistent with previous tender conditions, buyers may choose to procure at the delivered price on board in the UAE's Fujairah storage area, Zerkou Island, or Das Island. Buyers may also opt for ship-to-ship transfer operations in the Fujairah-Sohar maritime area or in Malaysian waters.
