Violence by settlers has surged in the West Bank.

According to a report by the Israel Public Broadcasting Corporation on August 10, citing the latest data from Israeli security agencies, there has been a significant increase in violent attacks carried out by Israeli settlers in the West Bank in the first half of this year, growing by approximately 63% compared to the same period last year. The report states that there were a total of 660 incidents of violence by Israeli settlers in the West Bank in the first half of this year. As violence escalates, the number of Palestinian civilian casualties has also risen sharply. In the first half of this year, six Palestinians were killed and 140 were injured in these attacks.
