The retail prices of NVIDIA RTX 50 series graphics cards have recently surged significantly in the U.S. market, with mid-range products being particularly hard hit, seeing increases of up to 39% for some models. Tom's Hardware tracked the median prices of the RTX 50 series graphics cards on e-commerce platforms like Newegg. The data shows that the RTX 5060 Ti 16GB has seen the most dramatic increase, with its median price skyrocketing from $569.99 two months ago to $804.99 (approximately 5,429 RMB), an increase of 39%. The rise in price for the RTX 5070 is also astonishing, with its median price jumping from $659.99 to $899.99 (approximately 6,070 RMB), a 36% increase. This pricing has completely removed the RTX 5070 from the mid-range category, bringing it close to the higher-performing RTX 5070 Ti.
