British government bond yields generally rose by about 6 basis points.

On Monday at the end of the European market, the yield on UK 10-year government bonds rose by 6.7 basis points to 4.989%. The yield on 2-year British bonds increased by 6.0 basis points to 4.341%. The yield on 30-year British bonds rose by 5.9 basis points, and the yield on 50-year British bonds increased by 6.0 basis points. The yield spread between 2-year and 10-year British bonds widened by 0.709 basis points to +64.543 basis points.
