Huicheng Vacuum Announcement: The company plans to issue A-shares to specific targets in 2026, with total funds raised not exceeding RMB 955 million. After deducting issuance costs, the entire amount is intended for the industrialization projects of ultra-precision semiconductors and continuous PVD equipment, as well as to supplement working capital. The number of issuance targets will not exceed 35, and the issuance price will not be lower than 80% of the average trading price of the company's shares over the twenty trading days preceding the pricing benchmark date. The number of shares issued will not exceed 30 million, which is no more than 30% of the company's total equity prior to the issuance.
