Weijie Chuangxin announced that from July 9 to August 7, 2026, shareholders Shenzhen Guiren Capital Investment Co., Ltd. reduced their holdings by a total of 4.7329 million shares through centralized bidding and block trades, accounting for 1.10% of the total share capital. The shareholding ratio of Guiren Capital and its concerted parties decreased from 7.00% to 5.90%. This reduction is part of a previously planned strategy, does not trigger a tender offer, and will not lead to a change in the actual control of the company. The reduction plan has not yet been fully implemented.
