Due to Shanxi Sunshine Coke Group Co., Ltd. and its sponsor CITIC Securities Co., Ltd. withdrawing their application for listing, the Shanghai Stock Exchange terminated its review of the listing application in accordance with Article 63 of the "Rules for the Review of Stock Issuance and Listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange."
